Delivery

 
We deliver via courier across the Middle East & Worldwide. Orders placed will be shipped once all items in the order are collated.
We ship on all days except Fridays and National Holidays.
 
Free delivery is available on orders over 300 AED to Bahrain, UAE, Kuwait, Oman and Saudi Arabia.** 
Free delivery is available on orders over 500 AED to Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon and Turkey. **
 
These shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.**After the application of any voucher, offer or other promotion. Applies only to locations deemed by the courier to be “within service area”
 
The shipping charges can be modified by TKD Lingerie at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect in the checkout flow.
 
Every once in a while, TKD Lingerie brings out various offers for our customers. Various offers could be introduced for a limited span of time that might enable free shipping of goods, subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions attached to the offer. Please note that TKD Lingerie reserves the right to rescind these offers without prior notice.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

For products in stock within the GCC, delivery time will be within 1-4 business days. For products warehoused outside of the GCC, delivery time will be within 7-10 business days. This will be indicated when you are making your order. Business days exclude Fridays and other holidays.
 
All delivery times mentioned are on a best effort basis and refer to deliveries made within the United Arab Emirates. We will endeavour to keep to them as much as possible and we accept no liability for delays. Any international delivery (if applicable) times mentioned are indicative only.
 

Customs & Duties

If you live outside the UAE local customs or import duties maybe charged by local authorities in your country. We cannot predict, nor are liable for any additional charges including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges. The recipient of the goods will receive a separate request for payment of these charges.
 

Delivery Status

We will be in touch to inform you that the order has been shipped and the courier company will then get in touch regarding your convenience for delivery.
 

Non-Availability On Delivery

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned back to our warehouse. For delivery after this point, additional shipping charges may apply. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address, as it will help in making a faster delivery.
 
 
 

Returns

At TKD Lingerie, we want you to be happy with your purchases, but if you are not, we are here to help. Please return the item(s) to us within 14 days of dispatch, unworn and with all of the tags intact.
We will not accept any items for a return if we receive them after the 14 days. Any items returned to us without the tags intact, will not be refunded or exchanged.
 
All items that you wish to return to us must be in their original condition and must be unworn and unwashed. Briefs, thongs, swimwear, shapewear etc. must be tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item(s) are in a non-saleable condition, or damaged. In the interests of hygiene, we will refuse returns, where no caution has been taken to protect the item.
Please return your purchase in its original packaging, with all the parts and any free items, and your original receipt for a refund. Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed when you are returning them.
 
If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer is returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.
 

How do Returns Works?

 

Returns for Instore Purchases

For purchases made within our boutiques, please return any items directly to the boutique in which purchased. We are unable to accept returns via any other channel.

 

Returns from Bahrain & the UAE – Online Purchases 

For Bahrain and UAE based customers who purchased online, we offer a free returns service. Please contact customerservice@tkdlingerie.com to arrange courier collection.
Alternatively, items may also be returned to our Dubai and Bahrain boutiques. 
Refunds for online purchases will not be made in store, however we are able to exchange an item for you.

Refunds

 

Refunds for Instore Purchases 

For items purchased within our boutiques, we will exchange your item(s) or refund the amount as credit to your TKD Lingerie customer account to be used against future orders.  This credit is valid for 12 months from the date the items were returned.
 

Refunds for Online Purchases

The refund process will be initiated only once we have received the product back in our warehouse and we have completed all quality checks and verifications. The mode of refund will depend on the mode of payment used at the time of placing the order.
  • If the payment mode was Cash on Delivery, we will refund the amount as credit to your TKD Lingerie customer account to be used against future orders. This credit is valid for 12 months from the date the items were returned.
  • Alternatively, if the payment mode was Cash on Delivery, and you would prefer to receive a refund via bank transfer please email customerservice@tkdlingerie.com at the time of return. You will need to provide your full bank account details. Please ensure that the details that you give us are correct. TKD Lingerie will not validate a Bank Account number and is not responsible for funds transferred to an unintended recipient.
  • For bank transfers any applicable bank charges will be deducted from the amount refunded.
  • Shipping charges and any other charges will not be refunded.
  • For payments made by credit cards the refund will be made back to the card used.
  • In cases where the pick-up is refused or product is not returned and the money has been refunded to you already, TKD Lingerie/Medmode FZCO holds the right conduct legal proceedings.

 

Faulty Items

In the rare event that your item becomes faulty, you will have 60 days from date of purchase to return the item for an exchange. In the event that we are unable to exchange the item a refund will be made. There are clear manufacturer guidelines when it comes to washing your items, all bras and swimwear must be hand washed and not machine-washed or tumble dried. If the items are hand washed and become faulty we will accept these for an exchange, if it is obvious that the item(s) have been washed in the machine we will refuse these items. Shipping charges and any other charges will not be refunded.
 
For instore purchases, please return your faulty item directly to the boutique at which you purchased. We are unable to accept returns via any other channel.
 
For online purchases, please contact customerservice@tkdlingerie.com with a photo of the faulty item so that we advise how to return the item.
 
The exchange or refund process will be initiated only once we have received the product back in our warehouse and we have completed all quality checks and verifications.
